Even in his teens, Kevin had a knack for seeing opportunity. While most of his peers were bagging groceries or slinging newspapers after school, Kevin was operating Promotions, his own neighborhood-based advertising agency. This early career foreshadowed his future success with positions in leading companies including Sara Lee Corporation, Procter and Gamble, Minnetonka Corporation and global brand identity firm, Degrippes Gobé.

In 1993, Kevin returned to his first love of running an agency when he founded innovation Management®, a one-of-a-kind firm that satisfies Kevin’s insatiable curiosity and conviction that the next great idea is just around the corner. His creative solutions for stronger brands, more successful products and more targeted services have been sought after by some of the world’s leading companies, including Coca-Cola, Eastman Kodak, Gillette, Mead, Alcoa, Pillsbury and Taco Bell. In addition to leading the charge at iM, Kevin teaches branding and product innovation as an adjunct marketing professor at Kenan Flagler Business School at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
